Reroll on Arch?

I've played on 3 different PWI servers and one MY server.

Give me one good reason why I should roll a character on Arch when the new classes come out.

    The thread title made me lol out loud and its 3:50am, if you want to re-roll on arch, prepare to enter server is dead, that is all.

    Dead to the point of dead, have you noticed this is the archosaur section? yet a raging tide and heavens tear player are the only ones posting?

    When i used to be here ages ago, the incoming new players were basicly nothing, and its still just about the same, unless you plan to cash shop insanely to 100, cash shop your gear some more then refine them all to +8 at least just so you can have the minimal of action, stay away.

    I quit this server because it was insanely boring like never before.

    to the point where you dont even see more than a dozen people on the bh platform at one time, ijs

    we do have a pretty interesting forum section though, get some drama on this thread and see for yourself

    It's not THAT dead. Sure, it's the highschool of PWI unlike the universities that are LC, HT, Harshlands etc. Give it a shot, may not be as exciting as Lost City, but you got nothing to lose.

    Well, let's just say you know nearly everyone important in the server.
    Good thing about the server is that TW is not monopolized by 1 guild, yet.

    Sad , but the biggest mistake ive done on PWI was playing on this server, i played on LC HL and here and by far LC is the best.....

    For those who say HL is crowded u really need to see LC west arch

    Its fine here, its like the post PW apocalypse here, and we are the survivors, most ppl are getting smarter on this server and realizing we all need to work together. SO maybe by the time the new expansion comes maybe it might be worth a roll. Though like every server were gonna have half a million earthguard training the first few weeks.
    Personally ARcho is a very nice closed community with only some overly CSed folks but you find them all over right. Honestly make some friends in Archo and go questing you might like the place.

    Personally I miss it < need to stop playing Beta long enough to come back :)

    I have also played LC, HL, and this server. My main reason of changing each time was following a few friends and brand spanking new tw. I took a chance on PvE because I am a pure PvP type of player at heart. But there is one thing arch has that those two servers don't. A map with potential, for once there are more then 2 factors in tw.

    Again my main reason to play is tw. I don't farm things or improve my gear, I simply want to enjoy massive pvp and make sure to play my part for it.

    If this server was a mistake for you, then that is too bad but you are simply one player.

    LC stands with the other 2 original servers so it's no surprise your player base is larger. But sometimes you can have more fun with a few people then a mass of them. Not always the case but is sometimes.(speaking in general, don't throw numbers at me)

    I don't regret making this char and the fact that it took very little time and effort to get where I am, makes it all sweeter.

    For flamers, good to see you increases our servers post count since that's what your good at right? b:thanks

    Too add emphasis on that, I remember asking a cleric to turn white to heal a barb with swords in fc. I was promptly answered with things like, "its not worth it to lose items for 24 hours."

    The key to PvP as I have seen from HL and LC is that being forced to be white...makes everything more interesting. BTW miz you mentioned in one of your posts that a new PvP server is being released with the genesis update. Is that confirmed or did you hear from a friend?

    Anywho, no, don't roll on arch. If you are rerolling with the expansion, reroll on a new server (if they open one) or

    for PvE - Sanctuary

    for PvP - Lost City

    The only people that should roll on arch are if they plan on buying rank 9. Then Nemesis will take you. Of course, there will be no pk or TW for you to actually have any fun with R9 . . . . .

    And i'm also looking for a few server, kinda tired of being paranoid about being pked. So the only solution would be to go on a pve server and relax for a bit.

    My only question is, hows the economy in Arch?

    Economy? We got one? No seriously, getting anything you need for cheap is matter of luck. We lack supply of everything, we lack buyers, we lack everything, lol. But if your not interested in end game content(Like it exiist anywhere), sure, roll here, we got, uhumm... We got FCs... No nvm, we dont have those, we got good TWs... Nvm, we dont have those anymore... We got farmsquads... Oh heck, who am I kidding?

    I wouldnt put too much weight on what shelly is saying, I got better intel on PVE plans than she does, ijs. And if she happens to be right, I may just as well quit PWI, pointless to play archo, pointless to reroll old server, lol.

    Well, thats the rub, isn't it? I've more recently seen it written as "there has been no new server announced", or "there are no plans to announce a new server".

    Note, that those don't say "no new server" - they talk about whether one has been officially announced, or their plans to announce one, or that there will be no new server "unless otherwise stated".

    I would submit, that tells us nothing. Which to my mind means it is very, very likely that there will be a new server.

    ya, if you pay attention they do that when it gets close to the release of a new one. first they are adamant on not needing one then they leave it open to interpretation, everybody knows its coming eventually though lol. the reason they dont tell people is because they want everybody to continue to spend on their current servers
