whats up with GM

are there no GMs on this server ?
since more then 5 weeks i report 2 user using a bot.
most i report them daily since they use the bot on the same place.

what happend, nothing...
only seeing growing the cats shop items from the 2 users up to 400 each piece.

if i watch the users "playing" they stand seconds on same place, move to a mob an kill it.
stand again seconds on this place and move to next mob..again and again.
if i kill the mob they attacking first, they try to loot directly and stand there again.
no reaction on whisper...no reaction if i kill the mobs they attacking first.
they only try to get then my loot directly.
if they die, they lay hours on the ground...

nice for me to farm mats, invest hours of time and then see how other users farm while they sleep and ruin the prices b:angry

any GM wo like to do anything, can send me pm here and i tell names and give screens.

    If you are attempting to report someone for botting, you must provide a screenshot (preferably, a video) so that the GMs can investigate your claims. Its very hard to determine if someone is indeed botting without these.

    If your tickets weren't answered after a certain period of time its recommended to send another ticket - in your new one, please be as thorough as possible with the description of the violation, provide screenshots proving the violation, and make sure to be coherent.

    Sometimes tickets pile up, causing older ones to be neglected by the team, but never purposely.

    Because the process of requesting help requires you to look for the solution before you send a ticket. Many of the issues people post over the forums have already been addressed and a quick review on the support page can sometimes save time instead of sending a ticket and waiting on a reply for several days.

    How the hell is that going to happen by reading? It wont, they need the Ticket page.
