Perhaps this is in the wrong zone, if so, apology is in the mail. =)

So I"m not sure how to get a hold of the new holiday fashion. I totally put my 10 hours in. Someone in Archosaur told me to check my mailbox. So I did. I had a neutral celestial ticket. Great, I got it, it disappeared. I check the cash shop, no go. I check the celestial exchange at the mailbox, no go. What gives? Clearly I'm missing a piece to this puzzle.

    Have at least 4 empty slots in your inventory, and a slot fre in your quest log.

    Relogging also sometimes has been said to fix it.

    If all else fails, raise a support ticket.
