entering an instance

There has been lag issues for some when entering the cube and other instances in the last few days. Anyone know the reason for this?b:surrender
Sometimes it take a minute to go from one to another.

    There could be intermittent internet service or throttling occurring regionally between your computer and our servers. Please restart your PC and networking gear and try again later. If you continue to experience high ping/lag then feel free to open a ticket with us here at tech support so we may assist you further.


    1) Click on Start > click on Run (or in the Windows Search box)> type in cmd

    2) On this screen type in (exactly as it is typed here): tracert pwigc3.perfectworld.com (Lost City)
    Please note there is a space between "tracert" and "pwigc3.perfectworld.com"

    3) Wait for the traceroute to complete.

    4) Right Click on the window

    5) Select the "Select all" option

    6) Hit "Enter"

    7) You will now be able to paste the text into your reply.

    8) Include in the body of your e-mail what Internet Service Provider you are using and what part of the world you are trying to connect from.
