Blade master vs Barbarian??

I need help mostly to ask the main difference between Blade Master an barbarian since im complete new to this game , and in the barb is there any difference between the panda/lion/tiger??? and which one is better for a newbie? ty

    BM = DD / secondary tank.
    Barb = main tank.
    No difference between panda/lion/tiger, they are just for looks.
    BM is better for newbies, Barbs are kinda expensive and they have crappy damage at lower lvls.

    BM has higher attack, better AOE and can optimize for physical or magical defense through their sutras.

    Barb has higher HP and skills that let them hold aggro despite their relatively low damage dealing.

    A BM can tank just about anything a barb can, but has to be higher level to do so, and has a harder time holding aggro from DDs.
