Unable to start client

Dax_ - Lost City

I had some difficulty with my computer lately and had to get tech support for assistance to install a printer. Anyway, after they installed I got an error with opening the client.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still get the error. See link

Does anyone know what it means? There is no way for me to fix this unless I know what it means or says. Uninstalling and Reinstalling didn't work

Yes me too I have this problem. Seems nobody knows.

I reinstalled the game (client and patch) and still have the same problem. I can't connect to the game. I get this error.

I have this computer from 2006 and I played this game from 2009. I never had this problem. Seems to be a problem with video driver, few week ago I updated from Microsoft and now I have problems.

My card video is SIS M760GX shared video 128.
I've tried to reinstall the driver, to roll back , even I reinstalled the OS (Windows) , nothing. Same problem. Probably I should stop playing or buying a new PC.
