Where is The Son of The Dragon? Where is he?

Has anyone ever seen/foun Son of Dragon: Chihwen and if so where is he? I found him on the PWI encyclopedia in the game which is the green book in the top right coner of the mini-map. Is he in an isntance? If so which one? I'd like to fight him w/ alot of friends he seems like a good challenge.

    Only time I ever heard the name was during dragon quests... :/
    My best bet would be that he is in temple of the dragon... since the enceclopedia says he lives in the water.
    Temple of the dragon is some event instance if I'm not mistaken. .-.

    Hope you will get a correct awnser from someone though.

    Waterfal is correct, that is a summoned boss in Dragon Temple. To summon him:

    1) Bring a silver dragon order into DT
    2) Talk to the NPC near the start (the guy that gives you bikinis)
    3) Dig the 8 Pillars all around DT (some of these are guarded by mobs you have to clear)
    4) Obtain a Moonwater Key (these are found in chests but disappear on exit, you can get one from other players)
    5) Dig the final Pillar which is guarded by a different boss

    This spawns Chihwen who isn't really all that hard. After you kill him there is another secret chest you can dig for like 10 mirages.
