He is pking in Room 11 (PKROOM) thats not banneble btw

So can a GM please contact me why he got banned since the ticketservice isnt replying to his mails & tickets.

He should be a little bit more patient and wait for a reply on his ticket. I'm sorry, but that is the only way to address this issue.
