Havnt played in 2 years, Log in to find Characters hair messed up?

As the title said, I havent played in probably close to 2 years, I got bored tonight and decided to log in and noticed my hairstyle i had was gone. Its been replaced with some fugly lucille ball bandana looking ****. The hairstyle she is supposed to have is the one thats on my siggy.

What the heck happened to my hair, and if the GM's/Devs are responsible for this do we at least get a free makeover scroll to repick a new hairstyle that we choose. Cause this pink bandana look isnt working for me and to be honest, not what I wanted to have to mess with when deciding to come back to a game after 2 years. Makes me think I should just turn back around and leave again.
