Request a "Stop pet attack" keyboard shortcut.

Hi:

I'm just getting the hang of really learning how to kill efficiently with my pet, and what I've discovered is that as a venomancer, this is how the game confines you to work:

You send in the pet, and you have instant, constant control of which attacks it uses: very clean, very nice. The problem is that I've found a kiting strategy with my veno to work best: that is, begin with a set of nukes, send in pet at the right time, then nuke, nuke, nuke: and here's where it becomes problematic: the opponent usually wants to attack you at this time. So you begin to run, or you stun, depending on how confident you feel.

Problem is that if you manage to kite, your opponent has two options: 1. Chase you, 2. Murder your pet which has no heal support since you're slightly out of range, then come for you. They usually choose (2). Not good: if there were a keyboard shortcut to make the pet follow you (keyboard shortcuts are way faster that using the mouse, espcially while running away, since you're using your mouse to control the camera and see your follower), you could bring the pet back your way.

That way, the opponent is force to chase after both you and the pet. You both get to kite, then you can send it back at him when his focus is back on you: at that point, he'll at least be a little surprised when it gets back on him, and he'll have to move the mouse to click on the pet, then prepare to channel spells on it if he wants to kill it. More time for you to stun. This would make veno PvP really sweet: being able to call the pet back to you without having to unsummon-resummon; specifically with a keyboard shortcut. If this is taken in, may I suggest left-Alt? Or left-Ctrl.

EDIT: on review, the "Stop pet attack" may be best as nothing but setting the pet back to "follow" mode.

even as a pure PvEer, i've found myself wanting keyboard shortcuts for the pet modes before. not just follow/attack/stand still, but defend/autoattack/manual too. i could use them during grinding and instance runs --- a quick way to get the pet back after i **** up and send it on the wrong target would be a real facesaver.
