As the title says. I am confused, was the fashion 10 hours total or 10 hours min?

    10 hours was the requirement. Once you reached the 10 hour mark, you were recorded.

    10 hours, total accumulated time (didn't have to do it all in one go), on each of the characters you wanted the fashion for.

    personally i hope i managed to stay below that limit. that fashion's too ugly for me to wear, either version, no matter what the color --- i'd just end up NPCing it.
