level 100 NPC armor

hey guys,

i need help finding the NPC that lets you make the plate of supreme power and the rest of the set. i looked pretty much every where trying to find the NPC. FF TT FB archosaur land of the burning heart, land of the burried bones, 1k streams, dream weaver, ya get the idea. soo ya every where and i still cant find the NPC that allows you to craft the armor. can people help me with this? dont tell me to find somthing else cos i know it can be crafted the normel level 100 armor.

    He said he tried land of the buried bones. Same thing I think. I'm actually pretty interested to see if they
    implemented this in the game. My guess is Sandsong. I'll go fly over and check...

    The in-game encyclopedia says the 3* plate is dropped by Abaddon's Monoblat Dracoboa and the regular is dropped by Guarnob Cloister guards. Dunno if a merchant has been implemented for it though.
