Level 90 and above gear?

I'm just talking about NPC gear from Tailor, Blacksmith, Or Craftsman I've even checked Cromagnon Village and Secluded Retreat or White Lotus in Lothranis. But, The highest level gear I could find is 80.

    You have to craft them or get them as drops from fb89/99.

    The only level 100 gear available are top armors that drop from fb99.
