Some Sin Skills Not Marked Down?

I was trying to figure out where you get Twin Strike, Puncture Wound, Shadow Walk, and Tide Form. I looked in game and on pwdatabase but I don't think these are marked down on the books. Anyone give me some info on this? b:surrender

    Shadow Teleport is from Pages of Fate.

    I can't seem to find where to get the other three though.

    I meant tide form sorry xD

    I know some people have gotten shadow walk and puncture wound, and they said (it was awhile ago) it was from tokens but they aren't 100% sure they remember. So anyone else know if they just haven't marked them down?
