alright well lately ive been having problems surviving mobs or coming out on top with decent health with out the heavy use of potions and my genies second wind. my gear is as good as i can afford, better then many peoples ive seen, but every sin at/above/below my level that ive talked to doesnt need potions. Mainly only use inner harmony and rising dragon so that i can constantly spark+ and i do that at almost every mob. but i can really only barely survive 2 mobs at the same time, and even one mob leaves me hurting. I figure if my buddy with lower grade equips by far, never needs a pot that its gotta be something im doing.

Any suggestions or battle plans or anything to help me deal with mobs with less of a potburn and dying rate?

You didn't mention this, but you are using Bloodpaint right? If you are fighting magic mobs, which I assume you are, since you are 6X, I'd really try to avoid the initial magic cast. You can do this by either going up to a mob and sleep/stun it, or just teleport to it. I wouldn't really try to take on more than one magic mobs at a time, since LA still got pretty bad magic defense, and each hit can take a good chunk of your hp. Try to have Focused Mind on whenever you can, that helps avoid some of the damage. Have Shadow Escape handy as a panic key and stealth when you are too overwhelmed.

yes i do have bloodpaint on, sorry bout not mentioning that :P. i always make sure i time my spark to resist the initial magic attack and sometimes i cna time it to avoid the quick after melee that follows. ill try focused mind a bit more but i do get a little forgetful. should i be usingmore skills? or anything i should make sure i have?

P.S. this is ChilledDew, my avatar finally changed

I had -0.1 interval bracers by 60 and that helped my attack rate, in turn helped my healing rate. I hope you took advantage of the rep sale and got the rank 4 plate. That with Bracers of Bloodmoon should greatly improve your healing rate from auto attack.

I'm trying to remember at what point auto attack started killing faster than skill spamming, but it's been a while. It "should have been" when I got the bracers but... then I remember questing somewhere by Dreaming Could and throwing on CoD with focus powder and skill spamming mobs killed them faster.

I'd also try public quest for exp if you are looking to level fast. I liked it because it was something to do whenever you want, and you don't have to go look for a squad and it beats grinding for exp. Double spark + auto should heal you just fine unless you aggro more than one elite mob, that also gives you the best DPS and Sins usually owns PQ.

alright. well i do have the rank 4 plate but i have not been able to save up for bracers of bloodmoon yet although they are the next thing i plan on buying (unless i level faster then i htink i will, in which case Hook and Thorn will be the next) do you have any suggestions on how to get the bracers? should i DQ or should i buy the orders? or should i flat out just buy the bracers?
