Ultimate Gamer Card Fail

I have spent $60 on 3 $20 Ultmate Gamer Cards and i have followed the corect process EXACTLY and put in all corect details and it FAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im so pissed off at the system as i have wasted $60 and not even 1 zen point has come, it says that there has been a probem with the billing gateway or something when i try to enter he code!!
Could Someone please help me!b:angry

ok thankyou, but i figured out the problem myself eventually it was the folowing:
even though i purchased it in Australia(where i live) it had $20 USD not Australian Dollars so i had to change my country to US and it worked instantly. (long story short-card had wrong currency on it)
