    Even if we wait till true server new day (which should be in roughly 1 or 2 hours from the time of this post), it *might* still take some time during the week for the fash to be mailed. Still, I'll wait a bit more for the night.

    People, the website said that the fashion rewards will be distributed in the first week of January, it says so in the news about it.

    You need to read the official post on the PWI news page about it. It clearly states the free fashion will be delivered WITHIN THE 1ST WEEK OF JANUARY not the 1st day. Assume it will be mailed to you after the next maintenence on Tuesday.
