Skill Box Problems. Gm Please Help

Ok here's my problem. Today i bought the craftsman and blacksmith skill boxes from the boutique and I followed the directions to the t. But when I got to lvl 5 on both boxes I didn't get the lvl 5 skill books for either one. Do I have to do the quest for making all the 2 star gear. If so that sux . Seems like I wasted money on them. I thought buying the boxes eliminated having to do the quest. I spent $60 on them and they did me no good. And my blacksmith is already lvl 4 which means I already made the 2 star weapons. The lvl 5 book says its free at the elder. Lvl 4 is at %100 so it should give me the book. So did I get ripped or what do I do.

1. Upon reaching player level 50 with level 3 blacksmith skill, a system message appears to talk to the Elder of Archosaur (571 648)
2. Talk to the Elder of Archosaur (571 648)
3. Talk to Blacksmith (563 682)
4. Manufacture the following 2 stars weapons:
1. Sawtooth Blades = Purified Oil (12), Yellow Jade (3), Copper Bar (3)
2. Ornamented Bow = Rough Fur (12), Yellow Jade (3), Copper Bar (3)
3. Heretic Banishing Pataka = Silk Threads (13), Yellow Jade (3), Copper Bar (3)
5. Return to the Blacksmith (563 682) with the above weapons and 10 refined steels to obtain the Apprentice Blacksmith skill book
6. If necessary, manufacture level 3 weapons until mastery value reaches 100% (yellow bar)
7. Talk to any Elder to "Learn Manufacturing Skill"
8. Pay the required coins and spirit to learn level 4 Blacksmith

Copper Bar = High-Carbon Steel (2), Concentrated Glue (2), Rough Fur (2)

2. Talk to any Elder to "Learn Manufacturing Skill"
3. Pay the required coins and spirit to learn level 5 Blacksmith

2. Glowing Cuisses = Rough Fur (5), Yellow Jade (1), Hard Rim Muslin (2)
3. Wraith Robe = Rough Lumber (3), Yellow Jade (1), Hard Rim Muslin (2)
5. Return to the Tailor (549 628) with the above armors and 10 fine lumbers to obtain the Apprentice Tailor skill book
6. If necessary, manufacture level 3 armors until the manufacturing skill bar reaches 100%
7. Talk to any Elder to "Learn Manufacturing Skill"
8. Pay the required coins and spirit to learn level 4 Tailor

There is no level 5 skillbook. Just learn level 5 from the elder once you are high enough level and with lvl 4 @ 100%.

I did all the quests for manufacturing: three of each Item ** I did produce, turned them in and went to elder and lvled up.
I just upped lvl 3 to 4 Apothecary,
and now have enough spirit and coin to get lvl 4 of craftsman, you know for ornaments?, when I click on it it says in the chat window.
Unable to learn that skill.
I don't have any books in any slot of my bag or the quest slots of my bag. but my skill is 30/30 the exp bar is lvl 3 and green 100%. I never got a skill book but I sure remember how much it hurt when they took all that gear and got nothing in return except points.
this game is fun at times but for the most part frustrating as heck.
where is this damn book? its too late to trash the quest and redo it, so where's my book?
I really am getting aggravated not being able to decompose rings into stones to feed my genie.

especially now that the stones cost ten times what the perfect stone cost. (go figure that one out) but I really need this book is there a place to purchase it? or is this another "get to the end, blow a wad on mats, lvl the **** out of it, then get the big dry PWI **** up my but, because it hasn't been installed on the English version, even though we have had the English version for 3+ years now", type of quest?
