Interestingly enough, I saw one get knocked back with the archer Knockback Arrow (if that's what it's called); also, Slam pushes them, too. However, they will not move of their own volition.0

It's truly funny to use roar and watch them sloooowly turn round. Their creepy cold faces motionless as they point their accusing carrot nose.

I got one of them to attack me earlier on my psy. I think if you just wait long enough and stand close, they would start attacking if you have their attention./quit.
