Whimsical build and gear set

Hey guys,

So I know there've been threads on heavy wizzies before, but as I was fiddling around on pwcalc, I realized that rank gear (aside from the wep) did not have any stat reqs...So...I made this:

I realize this isn't the best or most logical gear (some of the pieces, like the sleeves and cape, are from my own char b/c I was fiddling around and was too lazy to exchange it for equipment that suited the helm/boots, etc).

Just wondering what you guys thought about it lolz.

Edit edit: After a little bit of thinking, I just realized that putting that much mag into it for the wep isn't any different than any other heavy wiz build, so nvr mind this post.
