GMs, Why Are Zen Reward Mounts Not Available???

I know I'm not the only person with this issue. I've sent in a ticket already and heard other people complain on forums. I have over 15000 zent pts to spend on a demon tiger mount but it seems like the get reward link is unavilable or broken. The image appears in full color as to say it is available but there is no way to select the prize. Only the first two prizes have actual reward links.
