Packs?

I want to open some packs, but there are tons to choose from. Which one is best to open?

I'm sure this has been answered but i cant find it.

    lol gl......... anni packs got the best shot at a scroll of tome.... however slim it is....

    Anniversary Pack or Pan Gu's Gift.

    Anni pack of course has the chrono gear (heavenrage / helm of holy punishment) that normally cost an arm and leg with TOBL, and none of the recent packs include those. If you manage to get one of those, hold onto it for a few weeks in hopes that there's no pack (either new one or a return pack) that includes it, as the sell value will easily go back over 100-150m (right now are selling for a cheap 70m).

    Pan Gu also has the TT orange stuff, as well as Yin and Yang.
