Pet Question

I'm a pretty simple player. Not to picky with pets. Currently doing a 7mag 2vit 1 str build for my arcane veno. I'm currently using the starter pet(Scorpion). What I'm wanting to find out. What is the best leveling pet there is. I have a glacial walker waiting on me for level 19. My water pet is a turtle.

Can that scorpion last me until glacial walker and once I get the walker hatched. Can that level me into the upper levels. If so what skills do I max for it. Like I said I'm not picky and don't want so many pets I can't keep track. Soon as I upgrade my pet back I have a wasp waiting on me(Sawfly). But I see some other pets people use and it makes me ponder on if there's are better than mine. Thanks to those whome reply. If I've missed a sticky somewhere that explains what I'm asking. Please point it out as I've yet to see one.

    Will show you a list of what are considered the best pets, but as far as I know the glacial walker is definitely the best "tank" pet, other than the herc. You will want to keep yours at the same level as you in order for it to take and hold aggro and allow you to DD. The best DD pet would be the sawfly, although I've heard some people recommend the dark wanderer or starter scorpian. However your main focus would be on keeping your Glacial Walker nicely leveled.
    And yes, the scorpian should last you till Glacial Walker level. Imo leveling from 1-19 is so fast compared to later leveling that it shouldn't matter what pet you use.
