How Do I Get The Snowman Quest

so i go to the snowman tamer in city of the lost and all he said was "i can not tamethis many snowmen all by myself. who can help me?"

anyone know what to do to get the quest?

    As of now, they haven't implmented the quest for that. Enjoy the 2x week + fashion though :D.
