i cant get a mail to the postbox from other ppl and the staff

well with the currents events, the anniversary and christmas to recieve the gifts the staff send a mail to the postbox, well i want the celestial set and the mount would be nice, i want to know if the gms can arrange it or if they have any other method to get the gifts because the mount and that, can't be transfered from others characters
