I've read both guides and well have been told to level my barb as my faction doesn't really need anything else. So I've agreed. No cleric, no archer *sniffles* thats ok I like being a tiger getting hit on all day. Anyways..I've read both guides over and over. And about the tanking build they mention. How do you know when there is enough str and dex for weapons. What I'm doing is every 2 levels puting 6str 3vit and 1 dex. Is that the way to go and will one of my stats cap off so I can put more into vit? Thanks to those whome reply.

#1 most of this is explained in the guides
#2 how do you know if its enough? by wandering over to That NPC thats called a tailor or even TT forges or Leg Forges and checking if you have enough dex/str for the next 1-2x levels gear then Wander over to the NPC called a blacksmith/TTforges/leg Forges and check you have enough stats for the next weapon you plan to be using in the next 10-2x levels
#3 Following 6str 3vit 1dex will Give you the bare minimum of STR and DEX to wild the required Axes for your level,
#4 i highly sugest not following 6str 3vit 1dex build, as it is all very well and good for a Tanking build as is stated in 2 other posts this week, their are a variety of different builds that work,
8str 1 vit 1 dex, Eh it'll work but you wont be a good tank
    7str 2vit 1 dex, same a sabove
6str 2vit 2 dex, works well cap dex at 60-80
9str 1 dex, Never seen this one done, but im sure it does exist
    all work,
not all are acceptable, i sugest just following your next gear and wep rec's for the next 1-2x levels and add stats accordingly,

#5 Learn how to use the search bar, all of this has been said before, and multiple times in the last week. Read the guides, look at other people posts, look at others threads. its all been said before.

I wonder why vit build is the only "good" build on most ppls mind, sure your harder to take down but PvE wise, 15k+ hp and there isn`t too many things you cant tank. Endgame our problem is maintaining aggro, for which vit build really isn`t best suited. You can be cuddly little furbull with 20k hp, yet unless you can keep aggro, those 15k hp fail barbs who can keep aggro are more wanted. I`m not saying those are the 2 paths or that those 15k hp ones can keep aggro but I do want to point out there is more to tanking that just the hp. But till ~90+, vit build works well, after that it gets gets hard, though it`s hard for all barbs.

With the current APS-fest running rampant through PWI, a sage pure-vit (otherwise known as "tank) build is actually considered obsolete. The APSers will never fail to steal aggro, and the most they would want the sage barb for would be the buffs, as Demon barb skills tend to keep aggro slightly better.

That being said, with a so-called "fix" for APS possibly in the works (never said nerf, don't get me wrong), that may change. Do what you will. ^^
