inb4 use search, I did and didn't get the info I needed.

What EXACTLY do you mean when you say "live chat"? I'm asking because I'm trying to resolve this ticket I have and was told to contact a GM via "live chat". Since I don't know of any other pwi chat rooms, I can only assume you mean in game chat, so I tried using teles during the hours they said they were available to no avail, so I'm not sure if that was correct or not (sorry for the run on sentence). I'd like to get the problem resolved so details would be helpful.
