How do I finish the Santa Claus quest?

I don't remember how I got this quest last year, it just showed up one day. I've waited a year to finish this, I submitted a ticket 4-5 days ago and the GM's won't answer my questions. No reply at all.

There are a lot of places on the map that apparently have the NPC to finish the quests, but none of these NPC's actually show up. Do they only show up on a certain day or something?

How do I finish this quest?
"What man would go into the dark without a light?"
"That's a silly question. What man would go into the dark?"

    If the NPC to turn in the quest show up in your map,maybe they're on a different altitude?
    I doubt a GM will answer these cause it's a gameplay thing or something

    Yeah they never answer gameplay questions. Even though they should.
    I've tried different alltitudes, everything from the ground to 79. Nothing shows up.
    Would be nice if one of the moderators would/could answer me...
