Asking for advice: How to hyper grind 10-20 and 20-30

When using hyperstones at 12x experience for one hour, what are the best mobs
or areas to grind on lvls 10-20 and 20-30? I assume like zhenning and FCC its best
to be in a full squad with classes your level.

I'm thinking possibly the area with the mutated electro skatefish in the
tideborn lands next to the Nightfire Altar in the Land of Whispers. They are numerous, quick to spawn, and fairly
easy to kill with arcane classes.

Me and my friends already have 2-3 mid to high level characters each, I just
thought this would be a fun Christmas surprise

Any advice from people who have done this before would be greatly appreciated!

    I thought you had mistyped for a minute, but I guess not. It'd be waaay better to save your hypers. Questing at lv10 gets enough exp to level. Save them until you need them :)

    exactly @.@ quests give you all the exp you need till your 60's, and even then there's no real need to grind till you're over 80.

    eh... dunno about you, but quests quit leveling me all the way somewhere in my 40s. that was even though i'd done a lot of my early leveling during 2x exp times; my lower-level alts had to start doing things other than regular questing while in their mid 30s.

    i'm estimating the level-59 quests will land me just slightly over 50% of the exp i need to level, before i feed my genie. after that --- probably more like 30% if that. i'll likely do some more of the tideborn chain and a couple BHs to break the monotony of grinding the rest of the level, but i'll need to grind; those 59 skills got expensive.

    grinding is faster 30+ the quests are stupid, the time it takes you to run around talking to npcs you could level.
