Oh Lord which server/class?

Someone please helpppp (not flaming, please... *hides*)

I started perfect world today and this game seems so great I am having problems to pick
a class/server.

Which is the newest server in PWI? Or which is the best newbie helper server b:laugh
And there is no server with time zone near Europe, right?

Also.. I started as wizard, then I red that wizards are weak/hard to lvl/ expensive to play
(lmao poor wizzies) and my heart is broken since I always play in games as mage.

Is my impression, or some classes are really stronger than others? is there a balance?

Or which classes the game needs more?

I am sorry to make a lot questions, I tried to find the answers by myself but I got stuckd lol.

    Hey, welcome to PWI b:victory

    Believe the newest server is Archosaur for PvE and Harshlands for PvP. If you're looking for the best newbie helper... well I'd say either Sanctuary or Dreamweaver but I'm not familiar with those servers (just guessing off the forums).

    Wizards aren't weak, although they aren't easy to level as some of the other classes. They do become expensive to play if you plan on doing extensive PvP and Territory Wars (technically any class, especially arcane, is expensive if you want to do well), which is what wizards are mainly used for in this game, besides their 59 skill, Dragon's breath for anything that requires killing many mobs continuously. They're usually left out in terms of farming instances, except for perhaps Rebirth, in which again, Dragon's breath comes in handy.

    There isn't really a balance, but it's not all that bad (well people who have lots of money to spend on the game regardless of what class do have the upper hand). Each class has it's own strength, and if you're used to playing mage you probably like slow but big spike damage, or the "glass cannon" thing. If that's the case you might even consider playing a psychic, one of the newer classes that some claim are more powerful versions of a wizard.

    If you're really looking for an arcane class that's most sought out for, you should play cleric. This game is still generally reliant on this support class for heals and a cleric is most often always welcomed to a party. Also I found clerics are easier to level than wizards.

    Thank you very much for the huge help you gave.

    I think I go as Cleric. And Prob Dreamweaver server (less dif in time than west coast server to Europe)

    I hope I can find a lot of nice ppl like you on game and in the future also help!

    It's fine for the lower levels. But as you progess in level, you will find that you would need to invest in some hp, as there are some bosses that can one-shot you. Some clerics add vit and cap it at a certain amount, how much depends on the player, and what equips they are willing to invest in etc. Whether or not you add vit is up to you - hp, pdef can be obtained from equips etc.
