Whend does it work? What healing skills/effects are unaffecrted?

Bloodpaint for example does not seem to be affected. Intended or not?

    Diminished Vigor is great on a high HP charmed Barb in PvP... Otherwise, I keep Empowered Vigor on myself....

    In TW, keep Empowered Vigor on the Cata barbs....

    soulburn is not effected by purify
    soul of retaliation is not effected by purge/soul shatter

    I wish more psychics knew about this buff on the cata barbs. Come on, my brethren, it is our duty to reduce cata puller charm cooldown to 2 seconds... b:shocked

    I use them both about 60/40 split--not a big pker, and unless my little issue is fixed, my TW days as a psy is over--so diminished vigor doesn't get to shine, but it is a pretty nasty skill.

    Once, just once, I want to put empowered vigor on myself, turn on White Voodoo, enable one of those defense blessings from the school teacher, eat a vacuity powder and a crab meat, then go run down lane B with a cata. :) I wonder how long a psy can live pulling a cat under those conditions?
