Faction Icon Problems

I am currently trying to submit a faction icon. But when i load the icon submitting page, it will not allow me to select anything, such as server, character name, faction, or image.

I am the leader of a level 3 faction.
Any ideas?

    I had the same problem, but as soon as I put my main, or highest lvl toon as leader of the guild, it was all good.

    This is my highest level toon, and i am the highest level in my faction.

    Faction icon submission probably has a minimum level requirement to actually use. My faction was under my name and I had to submit the icon through support. As soon as I transferred leadership to my main (level 100), the form popped up just fine for her.
    I level the old- fashioned way.
