Oh... well it would have to be a passive ability then.
The biggest problem with this is the game structure itself. The very nature of it encourages frequent stealth ganks/surprise attacks. I don't see how a fix for this problem would work without imbalancing things even more or totally overhauling the game from the very core.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
