Sorry for putting this up again but seems it's true, no one reads anything unless it's on this page....

had a problem on the game earlier, won't get into specifics. But how do you CHANGE your secret question? I went to my account... dont' see it. just change the password... Do we have to send in a ticket? live chat? or it on the site and i just don't see it?

    No clue but next time just reply to your own post and bump it. No need to make new thread.

    Maybe PW is like most games now adays. Most games don't let you change anything but your pass. Everything else you have to prove your the owner of the account B4 they change the stuff for you.
