Why doesn't Core Connect show all players?

I doubt this is a bug so "Core Connect bug report thread" seems like a wrong place to post this. I didn't find anything similar with search soo..

If you write someone's name to the Core search, it usually brings up the character and gives a link to their profile. Sometimes that doesn't happen. There seems to be no logic behind this. I've entered a player name that uses Core everyday but it doesn't find anything. I've entered a name of a player who quit well over a year ago yet you still find their page. Once I also tried a search with a char that was created a while ago. It was a low-level cleric with a very well-known main. I found it very easily, was able to find out his main and now most PKers know who is behind that drop stealer.

I use Core to identify PK drop stealers. I don't want to report and ban them before I am 100% sure of their main. Much more fun to ruin their reputation first, eh? b:chuckle That's why I ask: why some characters can be found in Core and some can't?

Thanks for the post Kupuntu. What you'll need to do is open a ticket with the GMs in Customer Support. Be as detailed as you were here if not more, and they will assist you the best they can.

I sent in a ticket and got a response that Core is still in beta phase and that I should continue reporting such problems with tickets. I still got no idea why some people show up there but other don't. I guess they will fix it in the near future.
