    Not really...
    Anyways, I managed to screencap the third one. It really looks like legs and a cape of some sort...

    It's people and mounts between your camera and your toon. They are just at the right range for the camera to show you a few bits of them.

    I get this stuff every time i turn Best Performance on, or am running at a low resolution. goes away when i turn best performance back off.

    I used to get it on my old computer when i played in windowed mode (but not fullscreen for some strange reason). Its just your graphics card **** up. Change your settings or get a new card.

    in the pics where you are in the center of arch there is a targetable npc (if you use tab to target), i believe that is what you are seeing there. As for the others my best guess is gremlins.

    Yup, that's from a damaged, overheating, or otherwise screwed up graphics card. You could try downloading and installing the latest drivers from the manufacturer to see if that help fix the problem. If it doesn't you'll have to see if you can find a mode that avoids the problem, learn to ignore the problem, or replace the card.

    Have you tried asking Santa for a new graphics card yet? ;-)
