I know these threads are all over, but I can't seem to get the hang of it. (Not a math person)

I just made an Assassin. I'm looking to go at least 5.0 sparked and I have about 250m to spend, will this be enough?

Random Pants
HH99 Light Boots & Bracers
Lionheart Belt & Necklace
LG Interval Cape

I tried putting this into the PWI Calc but it's only giving me 2.5 aps. Is this correct?

    2.5 aps is correct. You'd need -0.10 int more to hit 5 aps sparked. To get that, you would have to get two of these: tome (200m-250m), Nirvana 1st cast daggers (150m or something for raps + a couple of mils for the TT99 gold wep) or Nirvana pants (40m-50m for Uncannys and 25m-30m for TT99 pants).

    Rest of your stuff would be:

    3m-5m max for the weapon
    Rank 8 top around 70m if gold is at ~1m each
    Maybe Rank 8 pants? 1m more with Rank 8 top
    20m each for the boots and pants
    20m? each for belt and neck
    LG cape 40m
    100% F2P player. Started PW: March 2007, Quit PW: March 2011.

    Wow, thank you very much.

    Guess my budget is a bit low. Looking at your list, how is it possible for Warriors to get 5.0 sparked with no tome? (since they have no rank top ._.)

    You're welcome.

    BMs have 1.43 aps base without any -int on a weapon with fists, as opposed to 1.25 base of the daggers. That means they don't need tome or rank top.

    Sins don't need tome either if they have everything else they can get.

    Wow! are raptures and uncannies that cheap in Sanctuary? Heaven Tears' raptures are like 2.3m and Uncannies are like 430k-500k. Currrrazy! b:cry

    in sanctuary uncanny cost something around 550k each and raptures around 1.5m each something like that.
