i know were not supose to discuss bans, sorry for writing this.. but i sent a ticket in 3 days ago about a ban , 2 days be4 that i sent a email asking for my secret word cuz some1 was using my Acc with out my permission... i get no reply on my ticket or for my secret word idk why i was banned i havent used that toon in a year cuz i was on anotehr server i coem back farm a few mats, log on later and im band for what reason idk i would really liek to no why, again sorry for discussing bans but im not getting a email back so idk what to do now, i relize u guys probly r dealing with otehr tickets and stuff.. but this is really important to me i would at least liek to no why i got band when i wasnt evan on that acc ty .

    The GMs here have absolutely nothing to do with tickets, that's a different department so kinda useless posting the issue here :/
