Purchasing Zen problem

Hello Forum, I purchased 50$ worth of zen using my credit card through google, and the state is in "Reviewing". Now I've already gotten an email from google concluding that my transaction has been completed and it's been around 7 hours since I made the purchase, what's taking so long because it's clearly not Google who've sent a reciet and declared they transfered the money on to PWE.

Any help or advice?

I see that your issue is already resolved but the below information applies to your issue.

While your payment's status says "pending" or "reviewing", the payment solution you have used has not completed their part of verifying the purchase. Once they have processed the payment on their side and sent the payment to Perfect World Entertainment, the status will change from pending/reviewing. There is no estimated time that these things take so you just need to be patient while the payment solution approves/denies your purchase. The newer your account is, the chance of your payment taking a while to approve is increased.
