1 Frame per second problem

i am having problems with my game slowing down to 1 frame per sec and its not just me seeing my toon going slow other people have asked me why my toon is moving so slow. i know my graphics card is good. this happens to me about 15 to 30 times a day at random spots in the game an random times. the 1fps lasts about 1 to 3 mins depending on where i am and whats going on around me. there can be me just floating in the hair with no mobbs around to me standing in a town with no one around, in the middle of tanking a boss in any cave(on my barb). it happens on very toon i have. any other game i play i have NO slow downs or problem with graphics, my graphics card is a gforce9100. It is getting to the point where i dont want to do anything on any toon becuse im getting 1fps and i cant do any bh or help anyone becuse of the spike. could u plz fix this so me and others can enjoy the game properly.

    Please send in a ticket to Tech Support with the following information so we can try to figure this out for you. We need you to send us some of your computer's information.

    1) What is the make and model number of your computer?

    2) Please also tell us whether you are running a 32bit or 64bit version of Windows. You can find out in Windows by going here: Start > Control Panel > System & Maintenance > System. Then look under System > System Type. It will then display 32bit Operating System or 64bit Operating System. Include that info with the info we ask for below.

    3) To create a dxdiag log, go to Start, click on Run, then type in dxdiag and press Enter. Click on Save All Information as a text file (on your Desktop as an example.
    If you are using Vista or 7, go to the Start Menu, click on the Search menu and type dxdiag.exe.

    4) Attach the dxdiag.txt that you save to your reply to us.

    If you have a 64bit system, please click on the 64bit Dxdiag/DirectX button to save the correct log file.

    This is important so that we can help you find the right software for your system.

    i hopefully sent the right thing to u guys about my computer and i hope u guys are able to find and fix the problem and ty so much for being so pachent with me im not all to computer smart
