I was just wondering, why is a snowcub worth around 1.5mil and a horse (Crimson Leaper or Dark Charger) around 2 mil, while the snowcub is faster?

the horses cost over 2million at the pet manager, saying that I once bought one for 1mil from a cat shop ;)
they also hold their resale value a little better because of this, especially if spurred

the snowcub is a nice mount, but is not as sought after - i think even the panther mount sells better

like any market economy, PWI's market does not always make sense. it's driven by humans, after all, and that species is better known for rationalizing than rationality...

on the other hand, creative use of the right kind of senselessness in the market can make you rich. (or poor, if you're careless.)

the price of things on pwi is not always by how good/fast things are but more on how many people want them and how much they want them.

not just PWI, for example there are some much better tablet PCs available than the IPAD, however Apple has a marketing machine that can't be beat - so ipad is the must have gadget for the consumer market despite its limited capabilities and expandability
