Hi all

I've heard that the"10 Levels rule",doesn't seem to apply at lv.97/98,that's mean,if im lv.92 and there's a lv.98 in squad I'll get less exp,so uhm...

- Is this true?
- What the exact level? 97/98/99?
- And so If im lv.92 what's the max level I should look for in a FCC squad 90+?

Thanks

FF 90+ is usually the 90-100 people.

FF 95+ is usually the 95-105 people. xD

Just the way I see it since everybody loves to do that damn 10 lvl range **** >.>

There is a study one dude did that is somewhere within these forums that prove that it doesn't matter what the lvl range is, unless it's like a 100 and 1 or some ****, because the exp doesn't recieve a big enough nerf to even be considered a nerf.

A lvl 80 grouped with a lvl 100 would stil ding once per run just like normally if they grouped with people 80-90.

As far as I am aware, the 10 level rule applies both to members in squad, and to maximum level in the squad as compared to mobs. Many times 90+ squads really means 90-98, because at 99, the maximum squad level has exceeded 10 levels more than 88--the level of the mobs in Frost. This lowers the experience received by that character, and since all characters in squad receive identical experience, lowers the experience for everyone else too.

    Which is why everybody uses FF to get their last lvl for 100 and then nirvana's. Afterward's if they can solo FF they will do so and gain all the experience they need xD (Main classes I know can do this in order of time;

Sin - 30 mins or less
Barb 30 mins - 1 hr (only if they do the giant pulls)
    BM -30 mins - 1.5 hrs
    Veno - 3.5-3.9 hrs
    Cleric - 3-3.5 hrs )

The level of the highest level in squad is what lowers the XP by the most

    From here: http://pwi-wiki.perfectworld.com/index.php/EXP

The mobs in FCC are all 88.
From the chart in there here are the XP drop off levels (dropoff relative to the immediate preceding level):

    1) lvl 91 (-10% XP)
    2) lvl 93 (-11.1% XP)
    3) lvl 96 (-12.5% XP)
    4) lvl 99 (-28.7% XP)
    5) lvl 103 (-40% XP)

So a lvl 99 is almost 30% less XP than a lvl 98.

    That's good detail..

Just lower the amount of people in the squad. I know when I go now, mainly just to help a friend out is me a 98 sin and a 100 bm. It takes about 30 minutes just because we're not "in a huge hurry" and I at least get the same kind of exp i was at say 90-95, which is roughly 14.5k a head...

When my cleric was like 95 and a level 100 was in squad i got about 33% less exp hypering, but when i was 95 and had a lvl 80 barb in squad i got a 23% increase , which is odd but awesome lol b:pleased
