Craftman 4 skill quest

Hello everyone,
i've receveid the craftman 4 skill quest when i arrived lvl 50, like everyone else, but for some reason i've trashed.. Now i wont upgrade my craftman lvl and i cant find the quest, i already got all items for the quest, and lvl 3 100%.. but dont have the skill book..

I think you could go back to the same NPC to get the quest again.0
