Trouble with learning Apotecary skill Lvl 4

1 - I regullary acquired the book from the NPC near Dreamweaver (don't rememeber name)
2 - I reached over 100% in level 3 (I'd make 15 potions lvl 3)
3 - I have the necessary amount of spirit and money to pay
4 - I'm gone to Elder and clik upon the skill (that is enlighted!)

...Butt the system still respond "Unable to learn this skill"b:cry

Why?...What I forghet?

    Have enough spirit? Have enough coin? Have the skill book in inventory?

    I believe skills have a level req to be able to learn them... However I don't remember what they are. b:surrender

    All I can suggest is to make sure you have the right book. I had trouble simply because I got my hands on the higher level book.

    lvl reg is 50,afaic.
    so not a problem.
    check the book again?
    should be intermediate apothecary book,something like that, i think.
