Defense levels

As far as I know every 1 defense level means 1% less damage to you (after armor reduction). So my question is, with 100 defense level does that mean 100% damage reduction? or is there a cap?

    100 Def level is not 100% less damage.

    You on pot? Urdian, the best geared Psy on YOUR server, has over 100 god damn defense levels and has for a long-*** time. Dude still gets hit with damage, and it seems that defense levels become less and less effective after a certain point.
