Stuck in Goshiki

I'm a 55 BM on Archo server. I've completed the Goshiki line up until the General Feng quest. I killed him, turned in to the Elder in Raging Tides, and nothing happened. I can't get the Destiny quest, and cannot progress in teh quest line. I was about to get past this point on my 55 Psychic, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Could anyone let me know what I can do? I've talked to the Raging Tides Elder, Goshiki, Dizzy, Ormin, none of them can help me finish this quest line, and I really want to do it.

    Thread title makes me sooooo hot.


    Also I think you have to be 60+ to get past a certain point in this questline, so that's probably what it is.

    You do not necessarily need to be 60+. I was able to to do the whole chain on my psyhic and cleric before they even got their FB59's. I sometimes got stuck on my psychic in the same way you describe. Each time that happened, I just leveled up and it gave me the next part automatically. Annoying, but hey, it worked out in the end anyway.
