Problems with ZEN! Urgent!

Hi PW, I bought this morning $ 20 zen, but I had a problem, once I bought them to bring in the game sanctuary server, but I can't because I get this written in "my wallet": "Status / Details. Reviewing! Please check the email address Associated with your funding source". The e-mail of the confirm payment has arrived in the paypal e-mail, but the other e-mail to confirm the payment is not arrived, so I lost my money? not my problem, the payment was made, i have the e-mail with confirmation of payment. so I can get the gold? because I paid!

no you can't. not by posting on the forums anyways.
you need to raise a support ticket if you have account or billing issues (see the great big support button at the top of the page) although you could simply give it a half hour - sometimes it takes a while for charge to appear on the site especially if first time charging - or oyu havent charged in a while. Also check your email/spam - there may be an email looking for confirmation.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

then raise a ticket and when support get in the office they will handle it - its only 7 am in west coast USA unlikely to be anyone there yet AND they do not respond to forum issues - only tickets.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

You'll get it if you send a ticket lol. That's the official way to communicate with GMs. Matters like these aren't handled over the forums, and if a GM sees this they'll probably tell you the same thing. Go to the support page.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

tried to help but OP seems like the little crybaby customer no customer service wants to deal with "I want it now" "why should i have to queue" "I want it this way, not the way it is on the menu"
