Level 80, only have one tab for FB79

I know I made a topic on this already but my question was never answered.

I have one tab for FB79 which is Call to Duty: Pirate. I hear by level 81 I have 4 tabs, i'm wondering how I get the other 3. And if some how my inventory was full when I received the other two is there a way to get the tabs again? thanks b:pleased

Grab two from an NPC inside Nightscream Island by the entrance. Do first two bosses, then go back out, hand in, and grab last tab.
