Level 90 gear

Pulled up a rather inexpensive build for my wiz when he hits 90. The only thing I'm having a problem with is balancing garnet and citrine sharding: http://pwcalc.ru/pwi/?char=9ac6bf67c4a9282a

With a pdef of 2344 and 3538 HP unbuffed, am I set for lowbie 90 pvp?

    shouldnt be had to obtain rank6 for it

    Rank 6 chest not that awesomesauce imo. TT 90 gives a better hp bonus/refines better. Not going to invest in rank just for 3% channeling at this point.

    Planning on getting rank 8 tho depending on how much I enjoy playing a wiz 90+
