Tailor Level 4?

Okay, I went and got my quest and finished it to upgrade to level 4 skill in tailor crafting. My skill is at 70% and no matter what I craft it will not go up further. I am level 100+ so that no problem either.

any suggestions?

    Have you made sure that the items you're crafting are of the right level?

    For you to get any experience, you need to craft items that require exactly the level that you're on, not lower.
    I am Olba. Not Ol, not Baze nor Blaze. And even less would I go by Olblaze. Please, take a second to read a person's username.
